MM-01 MM ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

1.SAP INSTANCE --一套的SAP的軟硬體環境叫做INSTANCE,如PRD整個軟硬體就做一個SAP INSTANCE,因此DEV環境也是一個SAP INSTANCE,所以一個公司可以有多個SAP INSTANCE 2.CLIENT --A client is an organizational and legal entity in the SAP system. --可定義為集團client 可為holding company or group of companies in the physical business world --同一client 有相同的設定及master data 3.Client independent(Client 無關) --此意為相關元件或是物件,是和client無關的,即為一變更會影嚮到所有的client. --SAP出廠預設就有三個client 000/001/066 3.1 client 000 --包含出廠的預設設定的client,不含所有的master data --主要是用來做client cpoy到要導入的client用的 --Correction and Transport System(CTS)需用此client去設定 --和client 有關的任何設定都會先更新到client 000,然后應才可以更新到其他client --client 000不應單獨被變更或是刪除 3.2 client 001 --Preparation production client 故可以當做production client用 3.3 client 066--Sap EarlyWatch Alert 用. --This client enables SAP to remotely access the customer system. 3.4 client的實務上運用--一般會有gloden(100)/development(200)/sandbox(300)(測試程式及訓練用)/qas(500)(有較及時的prd資料亦可當訓練用或獨自再加出訓練client)/prd(800) 4.Correction and Transport system(CTS) --CTS是一個運輸媒介,可以傳輸programs, screens, configurations, or security seetings from one client to another 5.Company and Company code --A company 可以包含一個或多個 company codes, but it must use the same chart of accounts and the same fiscal-year breakdown. --Company 可想成是集團, Company code 可想成是集團下的各個公司, 所以同一集團下有相同的 chart of accounts 才能表達集團的財管資訊 --Client有時也可視為集團, 但是SAP並沒有限制一個Client 下只能有一個集團或是一個company 若有多個時, 這時問題會變成不同Company要如何用相同的chart of accounts 去表達沒有相關company中的管理報表需求 6.Plant --不同的模組對plant 有不同的定義如SD等於delivery plant(出貨工廠)/MM等於管理庫存的location/PP等於生產規劃的org--設定plant前需先設定Factory Calender/Country Key/Region Keys 7.Valuation Level --和client 有關, 即針對client去設定Valuation Level為plant or company code層級 --Valuation 主要是要判斷庫存是否有價值,所以原則上只要有run PP/CO 的plant or company code都應要有 8.Storage Location --對MM模組而言可視為在plant下的實體或是虛擬的庫存空間 --對MM模組而言, 他是最低階的location定義(若包含進WM模組, 則還有storage bin/stage...等等) --一個Plant至少存在一個Storage Location, 所以Storage Location是在Plant之下 --自動建立Storage Location是設定在Plant or Movement Type之上,但針對special stock會失效(因為special stock 都是掛在客戶或是vendor下) --WM模組和MM模組的界接是在將Warehouse No指派到Storeage Location 9.Warehouse No --其為WM模組的元件,Warehouse是實體貨物的存放空間,其包含了Storage Type/Storage Bin --Warehouse 是被指派到plant/storage location 即一個warehouse 可以被不同組合的plant/storage location 使用 10.Storage Type --As an arean of warehouse thai is a subsection containing a number of storage bins --Warehouse 下的search策略是建立在Storage Type 之上 --Storage type==>冷凍室/大體積存放區/高架區 11.Storage bin --Storage bin是WM模組最小的存放單位(其設定不是在IMG中) --Storage section是Storage bin的集合,即將相同屬性的Storage bin做一group 12.Purchasing Organization --為採購的最高組織,相似於Sales Organization--其可以為Enterprise/Copmany/Plant level --某些Pur org的資訊是可以共享或是累計交貨量獲得更好的折扣,需指派到Reference Purchasing Organization 下(相似於全球採購觀念) 13.Purchasing Group --為Purchasing Org下人的群組,主要可以區分為原物料採購群組/外包採購群組/庶務採購群組
