FI-二代健保補充保費

 

1.想法

利用系統本身的WITHHOLDING TAX功能,加入代扣2%補充保費,但和代扣所得稅區分成不同會科

2.1 設定withholding tax type

因為SAP的會科是綁在withholding tax type上,所以若要和代扣所得稅用不同的會科,就要新增一個withholding tax type

依需求指定相關參數

2.2 設定withholding tax code

Withholding tax code可以指定不同的扣繳比例

及可以設定扣繳代碼如9A/9B/51...等等

2.3 withholding tax type指派給company code

若有新增的withholding tax type需assign to company code,若第一次用這個功能需要先起動他

2.4 指定會科

針對不同的withholding tax type指定會科

3.1 主檔設定

將主檔資料加入withholding tax 的記錄,特別留意系統預設一個主檔資料只能有一筆withholding tax type資料,也就是說若你主檔中已有一筆withholding tax type的記錄的話,你只能再新增一個新的withholding tax type

3.2 立帳

立帳並檢查withholding tax資料是否有自動代入

3.3 payment run

執行f110,並檢查是否有產生正確的會科扣繳資料

    Hi, I'm very interested regarding this article. However as your captured screen are very small and I can't see them clearly. Do you have a document of those screen with better resolutions for my reference? Also which witholding tax are you using? The 'Witholding tax' or the 'Extended witholding tax' function?

      Hi Stephen
      The source file have a good resolution with MS word type, but that included some non-public information. So I can't provide it to u. Sorry for that!

      The 2nd question is which fun using, Actually all config is under Extended withholding tax!
